We guarantee the authenticity and condition of every bag sold and listed on our site. We work closely with some of the top authenticators in the industry and have an in house team of authenticators who are committed to protecting our company standards of Authenticity. Baszari only sells bags that are in its original condition and have not had their color or hardware altered.

Shipping Services The Vault offers free ground shipping 3-5 business days within the Continental US Monday-Saturday. Please select the preferred shipping method at checkout. A confirmation containing your delivery details will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. Other Shipping options available upon request. 1. Two day $55.00 2. Returns and Exchanges The Vault will accept returns within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise for exchange or online merchandise credit only.

The Vault does not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned and exchanged items. The address for return can be found on your invoice included with your package.
Please be sure to return merchandise with the adequate insurance and tracking information. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damage will not be accept, returns on merchandise will only be honored if the security tag remains intact.

The Vault reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at The Vault’s sole discretion.

Merchandise returned to Baszari.com will be processed within 2-5 business days of receipt. 

A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited.   
Please note that the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
